New DFG-SPP project: 2DPOMristor

We are pleased to be part of the DFG-SPP-2262 consortium teamed up with Dr. Kirill Monakhov (IOM, Leibniz Institute, Leipzig) and Prof. Thomas Heine (TU Dresden). The project 2DPOMristor aims to develop a conceptually new memristive device based on intrinsic and synergetic properties of 2D transition metal dichalcogenides and molecular metal-oxide (polyoxometalates) switching materials.

An unusual cobalt compound
