New Publication in Advanced Materials Technologies
Our collaborators from the University of Wuppertal (BUW), Tim Hasselmann and Thomas Riedl, recently published this new paper on the deposition of thin silver electrodes by spatial ALD using our newly developed silver precursor Ag(NHC)(hmds) at remarkably low deposition temperatures. The silver electrodes function very well in organic solar cells and can keep up with PVD silver electrodes. Find the publication
