EUROCVD-BALTIC-ALD in Leuven
After a break of four years due to the post-pandemic situation, EUROCVD-BALTIC-ALD was held in Leuven, Belgium (May 29th – 2nd June 2023). Our group participated with oral presentations from Jean-Pierre, Nils and Marcel as well as posters from David, Niklas, Martin, Jorit, Florian and Jean-Pierre. It was a great conference and we had lively and fruitful interactions with experts in the field of CVD and ALD. Was great opportunity to catch up with our collaborators from all over the world.
