New Project: ANR-DFG Annual Call 2021: French-German Joint Collaboration Projects in Natural, Life and Engineering Sciences

Our project proposal on “New spatial atomic layer deposition precursors and processes towards functional materials for advanced applications” (Acronym: REACTIVE) has been granted by the DFG and ANR.

Collaborating partners from IMC@RUB and LMGP, CNRS Grenoble were successful in obtaining this highly competitive as well as innovative bi-national project focusing on large area thin film growth by atmospheric plasma activated spatial atomic layer deposition (SALD) for applications in Solar cells, Optoelectronics, Sensors, Catalysis etc.

REACTIVE will be coordinated by Anjana Devi (RUB) from the German side and David Munoz-Rojas from the French side (Grenoble). Our IMC group will develop new metalorganic precursors and study their properties relevant for SALD. New and innovative atmospheric nitrogen plasma assisted SALD will be developed and performed at CNRS Grenoble.
