New Publication
Our joint research with team of Prof. Achim von Keudell’s from Experimental Physics II Reactive Plasma Department (RUB) focussd on the influence of plasma activated precursor species on the growth properties of ZrO
2 via PECVD. This work was done within the framework of the joint project (CAP-TBC) funded by the BMBF in collaboration with researchers from France (funded by RIF). The PECVD and MOCVD grown layers were targetted as thermal barrier coatings and the new and interesting results can be read
