REACTIVE: Kick-Off Meeting
On 14th of September we finally had the kick-off meeting for our new French German project: REACTIVE
Together with the French research groups of David Muñoz-Rojas (G-INP LMGP), Dunpin Hong (UO GREMI) and Thomas Fix (ICUBE), we will research on “New spatial atomic layer deposition precursors and plasma processes towards functional materials for advanced applications”.
It was a wonderful hybrid kick-off here in Bochum and digitally connected to some of our international partners.
