Successful AVS ALD 2019 conference in Bellevue, Seattle
Our IMC group participitated in the AVS ALD 2019 conference in Bellevue (Seattle). We were excited to contribute three talks and three posters. It was a great experience to interact with the international ALD community and to discuss about recent developments in the field of precursor chemistry, thin films and nanotechnology.A lasting experience for all of us!
