New Publication
We are happy to contribute to the BMBF-ForMikro project FlexTMDSense with a new joint publication on tuning 2D materials with laser treatment together with the group of Prof. Ostendorf (LAT, RUB), Dr. Bock (MST, RUB) and the Fraunhofer IMS team (Dr. Michel and Dr. Neubieser).
