We are very happy to announce the release of a new publication. Great collaborative research led by our partners at MST within the DFG project FlexMOS (SPP1796/DE-790-17-1) and the BMBF project FlexTMDSense (16ES1096K) wherein substrate-dependent nucleation of CVD-grown tungsten disulfide is demonstrated.
