ALPIN 2023 in Chemnitz
The IMC group actively took part in the ALD workshop ALPIN 2023 held in Chemnitz (Sept. 12-13th). Florian and Jean-Pierre gave Keynote talks, while Nils from Fraunhofer IMS had a contributed talk. Our group represented the whole spectrum of our ALD activities starting from precursor chemistry, materials fabrication, and applications. Additionally, we had poster presentations from Jorit, Niklas, Martin, Dominik and Marcel.
Jean-Pierre was awarded the prize for the best oral presentation. Congratulations JP and well done!
Our Industry collaborator Dr. Florian Eweiner from Heraeus gave a nice overview on the new developments concerning Ru precursors for ALD.
