New Publication
In our new publication, we highlight the importance of precursor development for the deposition of Iridium thin films by MOCVD for electrocatalytic applications. This study illustrates a complete process-chain starting from precursor development, through CVD process optimization and finally application of the high-quality Iridium thin films as electrodes for the electrocatalytic HER in hydrogen production. The excellent electrocatalytic performance results were obtained in a fruitful collaboration with Prof. Dr. W. Schuhmann from RUB. You can read more about our recent publication
