New publication

Great collaborative research work between Johannes Kepler University of Linz (Austria), Carleton University (Canada), and RUB on CVD of ferromagnetic cobalt disulfide. Results just published in ACS Applied Electronic Materials highlighting the implementation of a new cobalt precursor for the fabrication of ferromagnetic and phase-pure cobalt disulfide via metal-organic CVD that is demonstrated for the first time.
