Workshop on Spatial ALD, TU/e Netherlands
Nils, Jorit, Florian, and Jean-Pierre were at Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e), Netherlands to attend the Workshop on Spatial ALD (June 9th, 2022). Nils gave an excellent talk on the specifics needed for the precursors to be implemented in spatial ALD. It was a great event where leading experts on ALD/SALD and industries participated.
