ALD Academy Workshop in Eindhoven
Jan-Lucas, Niklas, Jean-Pierre and Florian attended the ALD Academy Workshop that was hosted at the Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) on January 14th and 15th, 2020. The focus of the workshop was atomic layer deposition (ALD) and atomic layer etching (ALE).Prof. Erwin Kessels who hosted the workshop is also the second PhD advisor of Jan-Lucas. We look forward to many more events that will strengthen our knowledge in this field. It was an excellent opportunity to gain further insights in the emerging field of new materials processing featuring ALD and ALE for various applications.
