HERALD SUMMIT 2018
The HERALD Summit 2018 (Hooking together European Research in Atomic Layer Deposition) took place in Braga, Portugal between 25-28th September. Lukas Mai, Martin Wilken, Dennis Zywitzki, David Zanders and Anjana Devi successfully contributed talks (Lukas and David) and Posters (Martin and Dennis) in the research area of ALD and atomic level processing.The Summit is part of the COST Action MP1402 (European Cooperation in Science and Technology) and shows the results of projects and research achievements within the european and international collaborations of HERALD.
